Problem:
A local condominium developer needed a smoke shelter that met two specific requirements. First, it had to accommodate Ontario's new Smoke Free Act code, and second, it had to be easily assembled and installed on a condominium rooftop.
Solution:
The first requirement was easy because Provincial Partitions Ltd. has re-engineered its entire Smoke Shelter lineup to accommodate the new code requirements in Ontario. Second, rooftop installation was made possible by creating a knockdown version that not only easily assembled on location but also transported to the rooftop using standard service elevators.
