EMJ’s Two-Storey Office and Storage Mezzanine
EMJ is a leading supplier of Steel and Aluminum Bar, Tubing, and Plate to manufacturing companies around the world. The California-based company needed to replace their in-plant office with a modern office complete with mezzanine storage space and ProPart Modular had the perfect solution.

By going vertical and adding a storage mezzanine above the office, EMJ was able to expand their overall square footage without using more of their valuable production floor space. As a result, EMJ was able to continue their daily operations without interruption. ProPart Modular installed the new two-storey in-plant office and storage mezzanine during business hours without disrupting operations and the project was completed on schedule and within only two weeks.
