Measuring 10 by 29 feet, the Guardhouse needed to be entirely self-contained with an included washroom, heating and air conditioning, as well as full electrical and plumbing. The unit was delivered intact and simply craned into place virtually ready and fully functional as soon as the utilities were hooked up.
